Senior Affairs Commission
The San Bernardino County Senior Affairs Commission (SAC) serves as an advisory body and may make recommendations to the San Bernardino County Board of Supervisors and Department of Aging & Adult Services- Public Guardian (DAAS-PG) Director on policy matters related to the needs of senior citizens and the services available to meet those needs.

Applications are accepted continuously and appointed as seats become vacant. Visit the

How to Attend General Session and All Standing Committee Meetings
All meetings are open to the public. Effective July 2023, all scheduled items will be heard at the San Bernardino County (SBC) Department of Aging & Adult Services-Public Guardian (DAAS-PG) East Valley Region/Administration,
784 E. Hospitality Lane, San Bernardino, California. Alternate locations for the public to address the Board by interactive video are available in the West Valley Region, 9445 Fairway View Place, Ste 110, Rancho Cucamonga,
and in the Desert Region, 17270 Bear Valley Road, Ste 108, Victorville, California. NOTE: These alternate locations are being offered as a courtesy and may be closed due to inclement weather, if technology fails, or another
unforeseen emergency. If the sites are closed, a notice will be posted by 9:00 a.m. the day of the meeting whenever feasible.

Public Comment
This is an opportunity for members of the public to address the Commission on matters within the Commission's jurisdiction. State law prohibits Commissioners from discussing or taking action on items not on the agenda. Public Comment
can be submitted via email at DAASSAC@hss.sbcounty.gov. In the subject line, provide your full name and the words, "Public Comment". Comments are read for the record and are limited to
three (3) minutes or less. Public comments do not have to be submitted in advance.
