The Children’s Network works with its collaborative
child/youth-serving agencies to provide services to
‘children at risk’ who are defined as minors and who,
because of behavior, abuse, neglect, medical needs,
educational assessment, and/or detrimental daily living
conditions/situations, are eligible for such services.
