The Department of Aging & Adult Services (DAAS) was formed in
1992 as a result of merging the Department of Adult Services and the
Department of Aging. The value of this merger has many facets.

Heightened coordination between aging and adult programs and
staff.

Enhanced program planning and policy development
DAAS has been involved with a plan to evaluate the needs of Seniors
and better there lifestyle through enhancements.
