AREA PLAN
The Department of Aging & Adult Services (DAAS) was formed in
1992 as a result of merging the Department of Adult Services and the
Department of Aging. The value of this merger has many facets.
Some of the most compelling are:
- Heightened coordination between aging and adult programs and
staff.
- Greater flexibility in resource allocation.
- Enhanced program planning and policy development
DAAS has been involved with a plan to evaluate the needs of Seniors
and better there lifestyle through enhancements.
